I'm Tasha Jones

I'm a multi-passionate mompreneur, Social Work Clinician who served over 25 years in both Child Welfare and California Correctional Institution. After witnessing the countless holes in 'government systems' coupled with a retirement plan that was a HOT mess, I made a DECISION. I decided to take a leap of faith by using my Los Angeles roots of entrepreneurship to create pathways to serve on my own terms. On my journey I founded a entrepreneur hub for social workers called BLING (Business Ladies International Networking Group) where multi-generational business collaborations intersect. I also founded a youth entrepreneurship leadership 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, SPOT(Sharing Positive Opportunities with Teens) where youth were supported in business start-up, leadership development and academic support.

After witnessing the increased level of burn-out and poor salaries for Social Workers, I founded Talk2Tasha Coaching and Consulting, LLC to mentor social workers on how to increase her INCOME and IMPACT by becoming an extraordinary Life Coach so that she removes limitations on how she serves. Social Workers don't let other Social Workers drown in debt, hide in cubicles and limit her gifts; so here I am as the GUIDANCE you want and the PUSH you need!
